So, I am a little behind on getting started, but I completed the first one today. I thought I would post it and then add the others as I make them.
I think that I will change the color of the embossing powder to a darker color for the font on the front of the card. It says Happy Birthday and shows up OK on the card, but not in the picture.
I used Echo Park 6x6 Splash paper for the waves/water. The clouds were stamped with Pink by Design cloud from the "Fly Away With Me" set and then embossed. I also stamped felt (with a sticky back) and then cut out the 3 clouds to give the clouds some depth. The Happy Birthday stamp is Humorous Birthday's by Inkadinkado. The sun is from a decorative paperclip. I took the paperclip off of it and then put stickles around it. The sale boat is cut from the Slice machine using the "Under the Sea" cartridge. I cut it out 4 times, once for each color at 3". Then I added baker's twine around the two sales and ribbon on the top edge of the boat. I used glitter paper for the flag and punched out a 2 and a 1 for the sail. The boat and the two top pieces of wave paper are popped up. The inside of the card is done with a Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels One die and I printed the words "Hope your day is smooth sailing" from my computer.
