Join me in a 13 Days of Halloween Blog Hop, on Oct19th-31st. Every day you will find a new post and a new Halloween item on each participants blog. I love Halloween. It is one of my favorite holidays. It isn't rushed, there is no expectation or certain celebrations, it is just fun to see all the little, and even some big, kids come to my door all dressed up. If they show up, they get a handful of candy. The numbers have dropped over the years, but we are the only house on the block with a decorated house. Some small kids have even been to scared to come to the door. We usually have the fog smoke going and some eerie sounding music, along with lots of carved pumpkins lit with candles. Not to scary, but maybe for the little ones out for the first time.
