Watch out for rabbit holes, and those drink me and eat me potions as you must do them in moderation. To be eligible by posting you must comment and post on each stop of our tea party along the way --- now remember to hold your pinky out when drinking your tea --- will that be 1 lump or 2?

If you stopped at my blog to just visit today, I don't want you to miss a single thing along the way and you need to start at the beginning which is two hares by the Cheshire cat who is grinning at you and that darn caterpillar smoking her pipe at Her Craftiness!!!

Here is my 2nd day project. I made a Mad Hatter birthday card.  The blue plaid paper is Abbey Road. The red printed papers came from Recollections Bright  & Basic pack. I used glitter in the tea cup. i stamped the image of the cups on each paper and then cut the pieces out and glued them to an image stamped on white card stock. I then stacked up 3 cups.  I used stickles around the outside of the scalloped circle, as well as on the cups and tea pot.  The stamps are from Craft Secrets Vintage Paper Arts "Tea With Alice". The sentiment the circle is stamped in black and then heat embossed with clear.

The inside is the same paper and the stamps are from the same line that was used on the front.  The rabbit and cake are two different stamps.  I used Copics to color the image and stickles on the candles.  The red paper is cut out using a necestabillity.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed your tea and crumpets and your next stop is not Twiddledee and Twiddledum but go see what Lisa has to offer.

Remember to stop by again tomorrow and check out all the tea parties!!!

Rebecca's Baby Shower Blog Hop Day 2

Welcome to Lisa’s daughter, Rebecca’s, Baby Shower! What a great idea to have a baby shower between your blogging friends. Lisa has asked that we make a two-page layout which she will present to her daughter. Rebecca is having a boy and her son’s name will be Maxwell Thaddeus. There is a fantastic line-up to check out all of our layouts which I hope you enjoy!!!

If you have arrived here from
Theresa, then you are at the right place for this baby shower. If you just happened to visit me today or happened upon my blog, I don’t want you to miss a single present for the baby shower and would want you to begin at the very beginning which is the proud soon-to-be-first-time-Grandma, Lisa.
Here is my second page L/O. I chose the same blue paper for the background with embossed stars on it. I used a Sizzix Stitched frame die for the picture spots. You can't see the edge, but the die cut little stitches into the paper. I used a ducky paper from my stash (no name on it) and then added yellow card stock behind it. I left the top and both sides open for easy insertion of pictures. I made two spots for journaling or smaller pictures. I used a Fiskars star corner punch. The wagon is also a Sizzix die. I cut it once in the duck paper and then once in the blue card stock paper, for the handle.  Then added some buttons for the wheels. The words were cut from a sheet of baby saying paper (also from my stash with no name) and then backed with yellow glitter paper. The circle pictures were also backed with yellow glitter paper. I used a scallop punch on some and for wider ones I cut a circle and used decorative scissors to cut the edge.  All the little bling pieces, such as the blocks, diaper pins, etc, came out of my bling jars. I have one that is just baby items. I pick up buttons and different things at times to put in my bling jars.

Here's a picture of both pages put together.

Your next stop is to see what Sam has made for the baby!
Happy Stamping, Crafting, and blogging!

There's Snow Business like Snow Business with all of the friendly snowman putting on a show for you today. All I need is a cane and a top hat to start singing now or be Frosty the Snowman and shout "Happy Birthday"!  It may be Frosty and Cold outside, but its warm inside as long as you stay bundled up sledding through our hop!

We have a wonderful line-up for you to either grab your toboggan, sled, sleigh or ski's to check out the craftiness -- grab that hot cocoa and don't forget the marshmallows AND whipped cream, soft blankie, stay warm and snuggly and check out how we build a snowman before he melts!

If you happened upon my blog in error, I do want you to begin at the beginning of building Frosty by stopping by Kari’s blog.

There will be some snow candy for you today for stopping by but you need visit all the snow drifts along the way and leaving a warm snuggly comment but just watch out for the yellow snow! Just check out the ribbon, chipboard snowflakes, clear stamp along with a light mauve stamp pad and just some added bling bling and crystal stickles!!!! A great way to build that personal snowman of yours!! This will be awarded by Her Craftiness blog.

In the meantime, let's get on with the SNOW . . .

I made a paper bag min album. This is very easy to make. Just fold the bags in half opposite each time. Add a piece of paper on each side of the bag. Add a piece in the opening too. Punch holes in the edge and add some ribbon. Make some tags and then tuck them in the bottom flap spot of the bag to use for journaling.

Your next snow drift along the way is Shannon

Warm Snugly Love and Hugs,
